What is the “Customize Levels” function for
The “Customize Levels” function allows you to create new custom levels to be used within the school sections.
How to access the “Customize Levels” function
- Access Coordinator side.
- Select the desired school.
- From the sidebar menu, click on “Sections” → “Customize Levels”.
On the screen, you will find the default levels, which are preset and unmodifiable.
How to create a new custom level
- Click on the light blue “New” button at the top right.
- A screen will open with the following fields to fill in:
• Level – Name you want to assign to the new level ( mandatory field).
• Example: “After School”, “Summer Camp”, “Afternoon Activities”, etc.
• Description – Free text to describe the created level.
✅ After filling in the fields, click on the green “Save” button at the top right to confirm.
🚫 To cancel the operation, click on “Cancel.”
