Register Confirmation of Receipt of Equipment from Easy Staff App

To register the confirmation of receipt of the equipment, follow these steps:


  1. Once you have logged into the Easy Staff App, click on the "Confirm Receipt" button, which you will find on the second row on the right.


  1. A screen will open with the list of students for whom equipment has been requested.


  1. Search Filters:


• If you need to register the confirmation of receipt for only one student, you can use the filter at the top by entering the student's name.


• If you want to register the receipt for multiple students, you can simply scroll through the list.


  1. Select the received equipment:


• To confirm that you have received the material, click on the circle icon to the left of the equipment. You can select more than one.


  1. Save the confirmation:


• Click on the light blue button at the bottom "Save".


After saving, the page will not change, but the item you marked as delivered will be removed from the list of equipment still to be received.
